SaaS-only service
Entropyk is provided exclusively as a hosted service at entropyk.com. You may not self-host, redistribute, or resell the Entropyk hub software. Customer-facing installs are limited to the Entropyk Agent on monitored WordPress sites.
Acceptable use
You must only connect sites you are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for informing clients that a read-only monitoring agent is installed when required by your agreements.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Site limits and metric history retention depend on your plan tier. Failed payments may restrict adding new sites until billing is restored.
Reports
You may brand client PDF reports with your agency logo and name. Report share links are hosted on entropyk.com.
